We are seeking a *CURRENTLY LICENSED PROPERTY & CASUALTY* passionate, self-driven, natural born EXPERIENCED Office Manager with a desire to make a difference in both peoples lives and their own. This is not your everyday insurance sales opportunity. As our Office Manager you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. This position has the potential to develop into a Profit Sharing Vice President with a proven track record of success. You will not find a better opportunity in Insurance. Compensation at this agency will FAR outweigh any other insurance producer opportunity. Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Mon-Fri Schedule

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Take premium payments from customers.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Live local to the Richmond/North Chesterfield Community to be present during office hours

Minimum 1 years prior insurance service experience is preferred.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Create relationships from a cold start.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
