Description

Tech Valley Talent (TVT) has an opening for a Scrum Master.

DURATION: 8 months

LOCATION: Remote; Indianapolis, IN

Qualifications

Familiar with SAFe Agile Framework, preferably with a certification.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, SynapseRT) to manage development work and resources.
Significant understanding of Agile and SAFe.

Day to Day Tasks

Provide Agile coaching to team.
Mitigate blockers and support iteration execution.
Schedule and facilitate team meetings: Daily Sync., Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Iteration Retrospective
