    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant programmer experience with a focus on: IT, Finance applications, technical experience required.
    • Minimum 4+ years of experience with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS).
    • Minimum 4+ years of working with JAVA and Oracle, PostgresSQL, MS SQL software applications, and the internal requirements of Timber Sale Accounting Reports Center
    • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Desired Experience:

    • Follow project methodology to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
    • Conduct research analysis to understand user requirements and system needs.
    • Design, code, test, debug, and maintain application systems.
    • Provide thorough documentation for all aspects of the development process.
    • Perform analysis for new designs and system modifications to meet evolving business needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
    • Develop, document requirements, test, and provide new application packages to USDA for updates to meet new and on-going timber sale contract requirements
    • Create new shorthand code and WBS in FMMI by validating.
    • Update shorthand code and WBS element as requested.
    • Maintain shorthand code and WBS element request templates and validation database.
    • Manage Master Data internal task list and required actions.
    • Perform year-end activities to establish Master Data for the new fiscal year

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
