- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant programmer experience with a focus on: IT, Finance applications, technical experience required.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS).
- Minimum 4+ years of working with JAVA and Oracle, PostgresSQL, MS SQL software applications, and the internal requirements of Timber Sale Accounting Reports Center
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Follow project methodology to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Conduct research analysis to understand user requirements and system needs.
- Design, code, test, debug, and maintain application systems.
- Provide thorough documentation for all aspects of the development process.
- Perform analysis for new designs and system modifications to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Develop, document requirements, test, and provide new application packages to USDA for updates to meet new and on-going timber sale contract requirements
- Create new shorthand code and WBS in FMMI by validating.
- Update shorthand code and WBS element as requested.
- Maintain shorthand code and WBS element request templates and validation database.
- Manage Master Data internal task list and required actions.
- Perform year-end activities to establish Master Data for the new fiscal year
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
