    Job title: clinical social worker msw

    Description

    As a clinical social worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. Our team works collaboratively to provide comprehensive care that addresses the complex psychosocial needs of our clients.

    About the Role

    This position is responsible for assisting patients and families with identified abuse/neglect, substance use disorders, end-of-life decisions, providing appropriate referral resources, bereavement support, adjustment counseling, facilitating guardianships, and addressing behavioral health concerns.

    Qualifications

    • We require a Master's degree in social work and a State of Michigan Social Work License.
    • Prior experience in individual, family assessment, crisis intervention, grief and loss counseling, and discharge planning is preferred.
    • The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, knowledge of growth and development, and dynamics of behavior for age-related groups.
