- Implement an effective calling program to maintain and increase commercial banking relationships
- Represent the bank in community organizations and activities to enhance the bank's image and referral network
- Five or more years of experience in financial or banking services in commercial lending
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or equivalent experience
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Credit analysis and commercial underwriting skills, including experience with accounting and financial statement analysis
- Working knowledge of structuring credit products for middle market businesses in diverse industries with complex ownership structures
- Experience in developing and maintaining business in the commercial industry
- Knowledge of cash flow analysis and commercial underwriting
- Familiarity with diverse industries and complex ownership structures
