    BayCare Clinic Ear, Nose and Throat is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Green Bay. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Occasional travel to Two Rivers.


    No Holidays No WeekendsThe Clinic:
    BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 20+ specialties.

    We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base.

    Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound.

    The Practice:


    BayCare Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic is a fast paced, high-volume practice that prides itself on the excellent care we provide to a wide variety of patients that we serve in many northern Wisconsin communities.

    We have locations in Green Bay, Two Rivers, Kaukauna, and Marinette.

    The Job:
    Performs telephone triage as ordered by the provider.
    Performs assessments and patient treatments as ordered by the provider.
    Directs test results to physicians for review.
    Provides patient education as needed.
    Assists with minor office procedures.
    Collects and documents patient information in a thorough and consistent manner.
    Rooms and collects vital sign information.
    Assists in the post-operative execution of physician orders.
    Respects and maintains confidentiality.
    Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.


    Secondary Functions:
    Performs blood draws.
    Performs urine analysis.
    Charts lab values.
    Performs various support functions for clinic as needed.


    The Requirements:
    Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program.

    Must hold a valid RN license to practice in the state where practice occurs.6 months to 1-year related experience preferred.

    Must enjoy communicating with patients via phone.
    Position requires 50-75% phone triage.
    Must be computer literate.
    EPIC experience desired.
