    AEG: A Digital Marketing Manager Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at AEG. This individual will be responsible for creating both digital and print-based graphics and fulfilling internal creative project requests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Email Campaign Management: Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns to customized audience segments, monitor performance data to ensure optimal campaign effectiveness, and use insights to inform week-over-week performance plans.
    • Digital Advertising: Develop and execute full-funnel, cross-channel digital advertising campaigns across social, search, display, video platforms, and emerging technologies, conduct A/B tests to uncover useful insights that contribute to department and organization goals.
    • Content Creation: Curate all content and copywriting for digital advertising efforts, develop creative concepts and fan engagement initiatives, and analyze cross-platform audience insights to provide recommendations to various departments.
    • Campaign Analysis: Analyze platform-specific reports, identify trends and opportunities, and inform week-over-week performance plans.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with agency partners on strategies, deployment, tracking, and analyzing, lead distribution for all digital-lead generation campaigns, serve as a liaison with external stakeholders who manage marketing tools.
    • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM, HTML, marketing automation, and ticketing platforms, knowledge of advertising services including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Tik Tok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc., ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    Requirements:

    • Revenue Generation: Proven revenue-generation through digital audience development, engagement, and advertising.
    • Leadership: 3+ years' experience in a marketing, content, or data-related field, with 1 or more years of relevant work experience overseeing part-time staff members.
    • Education: Four-year degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications or a related field of study.
    • Game Day Responsibilities: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be prepared to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and VGK home games.
