    Job Overview

    The Inside Sales Representative will be assigned accounts to work with in partnership with our Account Executives. This individual will assist our Account Executives & Customers with quoting, opportunity solutioning, and strong communication.

    • Key Responsibilities

      1. Serve as a point of contact for a defined portfolio of existing client accounts, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
      2. Proactively engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to build strong relationships and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our solutions.
      3. Collaborate closely with assigned Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies, identify client needs, and support the overall sales cycle.
      4. Assist Account Executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client requirements.

    • Account Management & Growth

      1. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services within the assigned client portfolio.
      2. Research and understand client business objectives and challenges to proactively recommend relevant IT solutions.
      3. Qualify new leads and opportunities that emerge from existing accounts and effectively transition them to the Account Executive.

    • Sales Operations & Administration

      1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and pipeline information within the CRM.
      2. Generate sales reports and provide insights on account performance to Account Executives and sales management.
      3. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Solutions, Support, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
      4. Stay informed about our full range of offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value to clients.
