    Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

    Experience:


    • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.


    • Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.


    • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

    Requirements:


    • Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required for submission).


    • This role may require floating to additional units and locations


    • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.


    • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • No current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ardent Health.

    Additional Details:

    References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

    You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    Required Skills/Experience: Work Settings, Med/Surg, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Orthopedics, Gastrointestinal, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, Feeding tube care and management, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Medications, Heparin, Insulin, PCA, Plastics, Surgical drains, Respiratory, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience, MS/Tele, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Ortho trauma, Peripheral nerve block catheters, Total joint replacement*

    Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID

    Shift & Scheduling: 36 or 48 hour option

    7 days maximum time off

    2 references from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
