Job Description:
Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a Task Order Manager/Business and Financial Operations Specialist to act as the single Point of Contact (POC) for task management, to include tracking all tasks to be performed under each capability and requirements analysis
This role will manage the progress of team performance on all tasks and ensure the provision of quality and timely deliverables required

This role is contingent upon proposal award and slated to begin in approximately June of 2024 Required Skills/Abilities Must be a U.

S
Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance.
At least 5 years of direct supervision of support staff's execution of job functions related the execution of the complex or technical efforts

Must have demonstrated the capability to lead execution of multiple projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of technical and non-technical staff who have been involved in analysis, design, development, integration, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining solutions or technical tasks.

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work well with different levels of authority, backgrounds, personality, and experience.
Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Preferred Skills/Abilities Active Top Secret Clearance
Experience supporting homeland security missions.
DHS/S&T experience
Experience utilizing the required financial and acquisition databases to include Federal Financial Management System.
Experience developing budget justifications, spend plans, and other funding reports.
Experience executing Financial Transactions and Interagency Agreements.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing and executing complex or technical efforts and experienced providing advice and counsel to both government and support staff.

At least 5 years of direct supervision of support staff's execution of job functions related the execution of the complex or technical efforts.

B.S
or B.A
from an accredited college or university
M.B.A., M.A., or M.S
Degree preferred.

Travel Requirement:
Quarterly CONUS and OCONUS travel anticipated
Local travel is also anticipated to support this task order and is defined in accordance with federal travel regulations.
Representative destinations include FFRDC PMO conferences, workshops, off-site meetings, speaking engagements, and travel to other research facilities.

Clearance Requirement:
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
