- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of programming experience is required and 10+ years is preferred.
- Experience with software development workflow using Linux, Docker, C+ (and up), CMake, Python, and Gitlab is required.
- Experience with service-based architecture, multi-threading, inter-process communications, networking, and SOAP is preferred.
- Experience with software defined radios, high performance data streaming, and digital signal processing is desirable.
- Familiarity with Modular Open Radio Frequency Architecture (MORA) is preferred.
- Familiarity with VITA 49.2 VITA Radio Transport (VRT)
- Familiarity with C5ISR Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) is desirable.
- An active DOD clearance is preferred, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI desirable.
