    Description

    CNC Swiss Lathe Machinist

    Company: ARCH Global Precision

    As a CNC Swiss Lathe Machinist, you'll be responsible for producing industrial and medical parts through programming, setting up, and operating a CNC Swiss Lathe. Your job includes maintaining quality and safety standards, record-keeping, and equipment maintenance. Check out the following key responsibilities:

    • Plan machining based on work orders, blueprints, and specifications
    • Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances
    • Program CNC machines and lathes
    • Set tool registers, offsets, and compensations
    • Calculate requirements and adjust tools
    • Verify settings and maintain specifications
    • Document actions and track production data
    • Operate cleaning and inspection equipment
    • Contribute to continuous improvement
    • Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge

    Qualifications:

    Equivalent to a high school education and prior experience with CNC Swiss Lathes
