- Provide brief evidence-based therapy focused on stabilization coping and connection to ongoing care liProvide assessments develop treatment plans and ensure timely documentation in alignment with clinical regulatory standards liOngoing monitoring updating patientfamily safety plans liCoordinate with Intake Psychiatry community partners to ensure warm handoffs continuity of care liSupport crisis intervention safety planning provider consultation as needed ul
