- Responsible for production holds and proper documentation (corrective action plans)
- Complete ingredient and raw materials checks
- Responsible for EM swabbing (ATP testing) and bioluminescent swabbing
- Conduct line checks and pre-op checks
- Verify customer specifications
- Ensure adherence to GMPs
- 1-2 years of Quality experience from a manufacturing company
- High School diploma or Bachelor of Science in Food Science
- Food safety knowledge
