    Registered Nurse, Cardiac Stroke Unit

    Colorado Springs, CO


    Shift:
    Nights


    Job Type:
    Permanent


    Responsibilities:
    Provide direct patient care to individuals with cardiac and stroke conditions.

    Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and neurological status.

    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

    Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.

    Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.

    Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.


    Requirements:
    Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred.

    Current RN licensure in Colorado.

    Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

    Previous experience in cardiac or stroke care is preferred but not required.

    Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
