    Description


    The Sales Coordinator position is responsible for working directly with outside sales reps and/or originators regarding their deal flow and being the main point of contact between the outside sales reps and the Amur Equipment Finance office.

    Guide and direct work flow with the credit processor and doc/funding coordinator assigned to their team. Tracking and reporting deal flow, deal status and overall volume and projections to their team, sales reps, and management.

    The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, either from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

    Non-ExemptKey ResponsibilitiesTeam Communication Communicates daily with different sales reps / originators and records phone calls, emails, and fax's regarding deal flow and status updates.

    Hold daily meetings with their team members to ensure that they have a prioritized list of the deals they are working on and assisting them with issues or situations to bring them to a close.

    Ensures that reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional. Credit Processing Understands the credit criteria of what is needed for the transaction to be processed.

    Doc/Funding Specialist Understands the document and funding requirements per Amur Equipment Finance guidelines Understands what is needed on each transaction to move it through the sales pipeline to final funding.

    Technical Responsibilities Knows how to effectively use Sales Force, Amur Equipment Finance lease software program, Microsoft Word and Excel.

    Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment suchas computers, phones, copiers/scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines. May require training in newsoftware systems or learning upgraded software programs.

    This is largely a sedentary role; however,some filing is required, calling for the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stoolas necessary.

    The team member frequently is required to walk.

    The team member is occasionallyrequired to pack and move files or boxes as well as lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of Amur Equipment Finance are Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Flexibility to occasionally stay late to meet business needs.
    TravelMay be required to attend 1-3 tradeshows/association meetings throughout the year.
