Compensation potential is up to $28.46 based on your career experiencePosition: Welder Location: Jackson, MN Type: Full-time Direct Hire Shift: 2nd & 3rd Pay: $19.95/hr. & up based on experience plus a shift differential (2nd- $2.00 & 3rd- $3.00)Job Summary:As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding operations to fabricate and assemble agricultural machinery. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with welding experience to contribute to the success of a respected industry leader. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, position, and weld various components.
• Construct materials according to blueprint specifications.
• Manipulates materials through heating, bending, cutting, fitting, grinding, and cleaning processes.
• Examines welds during work progression to ensure adherence to blueprint standards.
• All other related duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Skills and Abilities:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Complete all tasks within the given timeframe.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG and Stick welding.
• Blueprint interpretation.

Requirements:

• Adherence to safety regulations.
• Use of appropriate safety gear.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to perform repetitive job functions; hand mobility, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
