Description
Project Administrator & Document ControllerObjectiveTo support the Project Manager with all administrative duties ensuring all worksare compliant with respect to; Project Delivery, Commercial Applications and Health & Safety.
DutiesCreate work packs to includeCollation of completion packs from previous weekClock off completed worksRaising outage requests on DOP SystemRaise and arrange Traffic Management requestsLiaise with client & local authoritiesLiaison with 3rd party interface such as hire companies.
Collation of TimesheetsAttend Project MeetingsMinute Meetings with Contracts/Planning/Project when requiredCross reference cost & sales summary sheet with monthly commercial application and forward to Commercial Team.
Various other ad hoc duties as requiredExperienceHave very good written and spoken English skills.Requires detailed knowledge & usage of excelBasic level of IT literacy.
Ideally have experience in the utilities industry or similar.
