    In this role will lead the SAP FINANCE Architecture, Template and Design teams across all of Carrier's business units and Applications.

    FICO Consultant Background, be familiar with Finance Process, SAP FICO Functionality, and its realization.

    Finance ERP Integration experience with respect to bank payment processing integration, expense system integration, payroll system integration, master data integration etc.

    Be familiar with SAP Change Management Process, especially for RICEFWs and ability to read and understand ABAP code.
    Knowledge or experience with SAP CFIN Solution and governance process.

    Know the difference between local GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS, especially for IFRS 16; Basic understanding of SOX Compliance.

    Lead implementation projects in accordance with Carrier IT's methodologies and governance model and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure solution designs are well coordinated and aligned to the overall ERP enterprise architecture
    Design, develop, and test system solutions to address business requirements, in alignment with the global solution template.
    Analyze the existing business processes and business data and provide proactive & Constructure recommendations for improvement.
    Bachelor's Degree
    ~3+ years of experience in design, delivery and support of SAP Central Finance and S/4 HANA environments
    ~3+years of experience leading the Finance workstream for a S/4 HANA end-to-end implementation for a global, manufacturing company.

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related

    Bus iness process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; business process redesign and implementation

    Expertise in configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN); understanding of integration with other SAP modules.

    Deep understanding of Corporate Finance Processes supported by Central Finance such as central payments, open item management, credit management, and shared services
    Working knowledge of System Landscape Transformation Server (SLT), Application Interface Framework (AIF), Application Link Enabling (ALE), and Master Data Governance (MDG) Integration of Central Finance with SAP and other non-SAP solutions

    A conceptual thinker with the professional skills to create compelling solutions, considering business objectives as well as appropriate regulatory and technical requirements.

    The ability to excel in a global team environment, effectively communicate and achieve results is critical
