    Job Description
    Client is seeking an EBS Consultant that is skilled in HR, Time & Labor and Payroll.

    This role will be responsible for supporting three or more EBS HRMS modules (HR, Workforce Scheduling, Time & Labor, Payroll).

    This is a full-time position and sit anywhere in North America.


    What You'll Do:

    • Responsible for collaborating with the Onshore EBS Lead to analyze and resolve functional and technical problems related to three or more of the following Oracle EBS HRMS modules (HR, Time & Labor, Workforce Scheduling, Payroll)
    • Provide advisory and configuration support to meet the client's requirements when enhancements are needed. Document all application setups using the AST provided templates.
    • Support EBS upgrades in the areas of three or more EBS HRMS modules (HR, Time & Labor, Workforce Scheduling, Payroll)
    • Ability to understand the data touchpoints and integrations associated with the modules you are specialized.
    • Manage a large volume of post-production support tickets.
    • Support multiple customers across various post production support tickets
    • Gain an understanding of AST Managed Services' Service Level Agreement (SLA) program.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 8 years of business consulting experience
    • 4+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS HRMS; working in an Implementation Consulting or Production Support role.
    • Specialized in three or more EBS HRMS modules (HR, Time & Labor, Workforce Scheduling, Payroll)
    • Experience of working in onsite/offshore model
    • Experience working independently as well as collaborating with a team to meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging skills.
    • Good verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
    • Organized and detailed oriented
    • Strong customer service focused mentality
    • Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and JIRA.
