The family-owned fashion house is renowned for its rarefied and innovative double-face fabrics, for pushing the boundaries of St Gallen embroidery and pioneering digital photo printing techniques.

Position Summary:

You will support the day-to-day store operations, processes and store team.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures are maintained at all times

· Process shipments, transfers, ecommerce orders and returns in a timely manner

· Partner with Operations Manager & Store Director to execute day to day operational tasks

· Support store team with front of house and back of house task

· Manage stock levels daily

· Support monthly cycle counts and annual physical inventory ensuring they are executed effectively and as per company's standards

Desired Experience

· Strong attention to details with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Previous operations and inventory management experience

· Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends)

· Word, Excel
