Westaff is looking for a 2nd shift Digital Press Operator in the Wilmington, MA area for Immediate Hire

** This is a Direct Hire

Payrate: $25-28/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:00am
Work Location: Wilmington, MA

Key Responsibilities for Digital Press Operator include:
 Operate HP 6000 Web Press digital print technologies.
 Provide color management support on every project
 Work collaboratively with your production team members to deliver top-quality labels and
packaging for our customers.
 Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management.
 Learn our business through fulfilling the needs of our customers.

The idea candidate must demonstrate:
 Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep
projects running smoothly and efficiently
 Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software)
 Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects
 Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people
and personalities
 Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the
inquiries of internal customers
 Communicate clearly and effectively with all Smyth team members

Skills & Experience
 Required: High school education
 Required: 2+ years related experience
 Preferred: Certified Operator
 Preferred: Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete
tasks
 A Plus: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
