    Description

    Job Description:


    Our client is currently undergoing a comprehensive redesign of their public-facing web portals, internal business applications, and call center CRM system.

    This role aims to develop adaptable and reusable test strategies and scripts to validate the functional and performanceResponsibilities:
    Identify application software system requirements and design test plan documentation for proposed changes.
    Participate in project stand-ups, requirement sessions, user design meetings, test planning sessions, sprint planning, and product demonstrations.
    Develop robust test plans, seeking approval from project, business, and QA teams.
    Apply Agile SDLC methodology and adhere to state and industry best practices for quality assurance.
    Utilize testing automation knowledge to identify and recommend test cases suitable for automation.
    Define testing cycles (functional, performance, security, acceptance, regression) for comprehensive test plans.
    Collaborate with the test automation team to automate test plans efficiently and manage test data requirements.
    Document application performance requirements, including load parameters and service-level agreements.
    Identify and document application security requirements, coordinating security scans with the project team.
    Demonstrate strong judgment and experience in accomplishing project goals independently, with a focus on creative problem-solving.


    Required Skills:


    Proficiency in Playwright (or equivalent tool), Locust (or equivalent tool), Python, VS Code, Azure DevOps, Git, and Microsoft Dynamics development technologies.

    Experience designing, developing, and executing automated tests for software functionality and performance.
    Ability to write and execute Structured Query Language (SQL) for test data creation.
    Familiarity with Smoke, Regression, functional, and performance testing criteria.
    Experience conducting user story sessions with customers and defining success criteria.
    Proficiency in documenting both manual and automated test plans to validate positive and negative validation criteria.
    Skilled in providing traceability reports for requirements/user stories and test coverage metrics.
    Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodology for system development and enhancements.
    Capability to provide accurate test effort estimations and daily stand-up status reports.
