- Answer all customer calls or correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the Litron visitor log and visit passes. Screen all visitors as required for ITAR compliance
- Manage records filing, including paper filing and electronic scanning with a high level of accuracy
- Process orders and data entry with high level of accuracy
- Provide administrative assistance to the executive staff at Litron when required
- Duties as assigned by the Office Manager to support daily operations
- Duties as assigned by the Customer Service Representative/Sales Manager in support of marketing communications
- Duties as assigned by the Director of Quality in support of Quality Assurance
- Ensure and provide quality service to external customers
- Maintain a positive representation of the company at all times
- Administrative support to HR manager, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence
- Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Assisting with employee engagement meetings, planning and events, employee recognition programs and employee communication tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage communication with customers via phone, e-mail, and fax
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or concerns from customers in a timely manner
- Ability to effectively communicate, in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and crouching
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.) is desired but not required
- High School diploma or equivalency required.
- A.S. Administrative Assistant or similar field preferred.
- Entry level, no experience required.
- Previous experience in an office setting or administrative role is preferred.
