Responsibilities for the role of Electrical Engineer :
Carry out breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance service tasks on machinery / work equipment / facilities as required Utilise the maintenance schedule system Take ownership of your role and section – empowered and supported to create and implement your own solutions Carry out installation work as and when required Single and three phase electrical systems / machinery Assist in project work Health and safety Follow at all times the appropriate safe systems of work / maintenance as provided and displayed within the department Follow all company rules and standards Some overtime Participate as an effective part of a team assisting others as requested or required by other engineering staff Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Background for the role of Electrical Engineer : Electrical background – eg domestic, commercial, industrial, manufacturing etc Some sort of electrical qualification would be ideal however experience is key (eg C&G, NVQ, 2391, 18th Edition, ONC, HND, etc.) Positive attitude to work and colleagues Team work Why work for our client as a Electrical Engineer? £37,683, including shift allowance + overtime in addition Well-established organisation Make the role your own - autonomy Overtime - one or two weekends a month.
