- Identify, engage, and coordinate technical resources to support technical solutions development.
- Pre-sales engineering support for new and emerging customers.
- Collaborate with customers, business development, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to determine the best value personnel and technologies to address business problems.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies that could impact program execution.
- Ensure solutions and approaches meet security and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to Research and Development efforts to build compelling, differentiating, technologies.
- Represent and advocate for the company in different forums, conferences, and industry events
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or similar technical field.
- 10+ years of experience working in a technical leadership role in the federal government contracting environment such as Health, Federal Civilian, Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of State (DOS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Defense (DoD), etc.
- 5+ years of experience working as a business development Solution Architect for federal government opportunities
- Must be commutable to the DC Metro area; ability to travel to HQ for onsite meetings, client meetings, etc.
- Must have superior written and oral communication skills, and an eagerness to write compelling narratives that thoroughly articulate approaches and value.
- Must have expert-level technical knowledge in at least one technical domain and a strong understanding of IT systems in general.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to operate in a team setting.
- Must possess a strong, proactive work ethic and superior collaboration skills.
- Must be able to contribute to multiple concurrent projects with rapidly changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance
