- Supervising paralegals
- Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of experience in Elder Law
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- Experience with Estate Planning, Administration, and Litigation and is preferred
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
