Job summary
The role of Sr Move Coordinator will oversee all phases of the relocation process from initial planning through delivery This requires exceptional communication skills multitasking ability and strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement Serve as main point of contact for customers providing regular updates addressing inquiries and ensuring positive relocation experience
- Move Planning & Coordination Work with internal teams and external partners to organize logistics including packing loading transport delivery international documentation requirements inventories customs forms country-specific compliance needs accurate records schedules inventories contracts related documentation problem solving proactive identify resolve potential issues minimize disruption during move quality assurance conduct quality checks ensure services meet company standards client expectations post-move follow-up reach out clients collect feedback provide claims support ensure customer satisfaction customer feedback analysis review survey results insights identify areas improvement team collaboration participate meetings contribute system improvements project ideas departmental goals support coverage backup inbound customer service line needed other duties take additional responsibilities special projects overall team success
