Bachelors degree (accounting, finance, or related discipline preferred)5+ years banking experience, with at least two in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of banking industry regulations, compliance, and productsStrong knowledge of business bankingExcellent relationship building and customer service skillsAbility to provide strong leadership to bank staff, with sound decision-making skillsComputer skills, including MS Office Suite, and banking industry specific programs such as Fiserv, Q2, etc.
