Providing support to staffing partners in various locations including Sioux Falls, Brookings, Yankton, Mitchell, Watertown, Aberdeen, Pierre, Sioux City, and other rural areas.

Responsibilities might involve:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings
• Assisting elderly individuals and those with specific health conditions
• Helping with daily tasks like bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating, and nutrition
• Supporting with movement and transfers
• Recording vitals, tracking intake/output, monitoring blood sugar levels, and noting any changes
• Collaborating with facility personnel to ensure adherence to a patient's care plan and communicating any issues that require adjustments in care, medications, or medical devices

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in South Dakota, or eligibility for reciprocity/endorsement
• Maintain necessary certifications/qualifications and meet associated benchmarks
• Prior experience is desirable
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
