    Job Title: Appian Platform Support Analyst

    Location: Remote

    Employment Type: Contract

    Duration: Long-term Contract

    Your future responsibilities:

    We are seeking an Appian Platform Support Analyst to assist with enterprise RPA projects involving Appian and Blue Prism technology. The chosen individual will offer advanced Appian platform support for a leading financial institution. This role includes being the central support contact for various portfolios, with the opportunity to explore new technologies.


    Required qualifications for success in this role:

    • Expertise in Release Deployments on SaaS platforms like Appian utilizing ADM frameworks.
    • Proficiency in Release Management and CI/CD practices and tools including Jenkins, Urban Code, and Nexus Repository.
    • Experience in deploying microservices (Java, Python, etc.) to ECS containers.
    • Hands-on familiarity with establishing Release pipelines on repositories like BitBucket and Gitlab.
    • Previous involvement in Release Management tasks such as creating Deployment Runbooks and ensuring alignment of stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of AWS Infrastructure architecture, particularly deployment to EC2 and ECS containers, and extensive understanding of AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and Infrastructure Provisioning.
    • Proficient in Python Scripting Language.
    • Familiarity with Security Policies and Frameworks like Duo MFA, Zero Trust Enterprise, MSIs, IP Whitelisting, etc.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
    • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.

    Education requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
