- 60 day limit
- Develop relationships with clients to better understand their needs.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as preparing food or using the bathroom.
- Help organize a client's daily schedule.
- Ensure a patient attends doctor appointments as scheduled.
- Perform nonmedical services, such as grocery shopping, on a client's behalf.
- Complete basic housekeeping tasks that the patient can't perform.
- Associate degree or equivalent with some college level courses or a High School diploma or a G.E.D.
- BLS (American Heart Assoc.)
- CPI or PMCS certification
- 2 years of full-time experience in law enforcement, Nursing or Psychiatric/Behavioral Health; or Mental Health Population, Counseling, Group Family Dynamics
- EKG AND PHLEBOTOMY CERTIFICATIONS
- Travel requirement - 50 miles and above
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 40 Hours/week
- 5x8
- Night shift
- 2 years of full-time experience in law enforcement, Nursing orPsychiatric/Behavioral Health; or Mental Health Population, Counseling, Group Family Dynamics
