As an Occupational Therapist, at Medical Center Enterprise, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients.

Requirements:
Graduation from a Occupational Therapy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)
Occupational Therapist License issued by the State of Alabama
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
About the Job:
May work in acute hospital setting or swing bed unit; occasional outpatient clinic
Instructs patients in the skills and techniques required for participation in functional activities and evaluates patient progress, attitudes, and behavior as related to rehabilitative potentials in accordance with State Regulations and departmental policies.
Plans, develops and implements a result-oriented treatment plan responsive to the individualized needs of the patient and includes clear, measurable goals to develop, recover, improve and maintain skills needed for daily living and working.
Modifies the treatment plan according to the patient's responses.Communicates regularly with members of the patient care team, the patient, family members and others involved with the patient's care.
Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.We know it's not just about finding a job.
