- Explain and demonstrate EQ vehicle features and technologies
- Educate customers on charging networks and options, including home charging
- Ensure dealership EQ vehicles are delivered as connected via Mercedes Me Connect and Mercedes Me Charge
- Assist in the resolution of customer technology questions related to EQ technology
- Assist with training dealership staff on EQ topics and Technologies along with awareness of local and federal tax incentives.
- Assist dealership in the hosting of EQ related consumer events
- Provide excellent Customer Service by creating a personalized experience for everyone.
- Assist and educate customers on new technology and vehicle features.
- Main point of contact for Vehicle Exchange Program and Service Guests at Guest Relations Center.
- Assist with Training of Product Knowledge and Delivery processes to current and new employees.
- Continuously develop product and automotive knowledge with ongoing coaching.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Prep vehicles for delivery (bows, red carpet, chocolates, key chains)
- Follow-up phone calls with all customers.
- Solicit from Sales and Service Customers and work with our Media Specialist to get online reviews, testimonials and tagging Feldmann Imports on Social Media platforms.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with both staff and guests.
- Assist customers with Mercedes-Benz Accessory and apparel purchases as well as maintain display inventory.
- Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
- Ready to learn new products and eager to improve.
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
