    Description
    Texas Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Staffing Recruiter. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, a desire to learn, and a great attitude In this position, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting Production/Manufacturing, Skilled Trades/Construction, and Clerical/Call Center professionals. If you love working in a fast-paced environment this is the place for you.

    $35k - $45k salary (not a remote position).

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
    • Must be a go-getter with a can-do attitude.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must have excellent communication skills (Oral & Written).
    • Bilingual (Spanish speaking).
    • Bachelor's Degree

    Minimum Responsibilities:
    • Identifying and attracting talent for various jobs throughout San Antonio and Surrounding areas.
    • Communicate with hiring managers to understand their current needs.
    • Generate candidate flow through various job boards and social media.
    • Conduct phone screens and face-to-face interview process.
    • High-volume recruiting.
    • Document interviews and conversations via the applicant database.
    • Process paperwork.
    • Occasional client check-in.
    • Ability to multi-task with various clients.
