A leading automotive parts manufacturing company is seeking a Korean/ English Bilingual Electrical Engineer to join their team near Louisville, KY area. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience with PLC/ Robotics programming in Automotive industry.

Korean/ English Bilingual Electrical EngineerResponsibilities:

• PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Maintenance of production equipment
• Perform tests on machinery to ensure quality and performance standard compliance
• Creating of maintenance and project reports for management
• Potential training or supervision of other facility employees
• Implementation of new systems and manufacturing processes
• Adherence to company compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures (OSHA, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Korean/ English Bilingual Electrical EngineerRequirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years' experience as Electrical Engineer at ideally automotive manufacturer preferred
• Deep familiarity with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and controls systems
• Business-level of Korean and English language skills- Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing
• Familiarity with 5S, ISO, OSHA, and other industry quality/safety standards
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and adapt to pressure
• Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
• This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 40 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
