Job Description:
Communicate with respective parties / stakeholders on inbound and outbound documentation process

Perform data entry via Integrated Supply Chain Management System & WMS

Ensure Permits are declared on time and accurately

Ensure all billings are done promptly and accurately

Handle customer enquiries, complaints and requirements

Any other duties as assigned


Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent

Preferably with 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience

Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Entry level candidates are welcome to apply

Transport provided island wide at designated pick-up points
