Description
Forklift Operator
Status: Full Time Day Shift
Hours: 12-hour shift - 6a-6p
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating shifts (work 15 days a month)
Summary: Unloading and loading trucks in a safe and timely manner, consolidating & storing product according to FIFO methods; documenting and verifying lot codes during processes and rework damaged product.
What You Will Be Doing: Drive a forklift safely and efficiently. Pay attention to lot codes, item numbers, and descriptions. Accurate stock rotation. Documentation of damage and any discrepancies on Bills of lading and transfer sheets. Counting of product. Rework of damaged product and cleanliness of Equipment and Warehouse floor. Quality Assurance of all products.
Certificates and Licenses: Forklift certification is required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work in wet, humid, or outdoor conditions. This employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and exposed to vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
