    Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provides support to the NIWC (formerly SPAWAR) Atlantic Afloat Submarine C4I IPT Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA)
    • Performs focused SLA (service level agreement)-driven outcomes in Information Systems
    • Provides support to the NIWC Atlantic Afloat Submarine Command Control Communications Computers and Information (C4I) IPT CSRR In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA)
    • Keeps ACAS scanners up to date
    • Downloads feeds from DISA
    • Conducts baseline compliance checks
    • Attends ACAS monthly meetings with the customer
    • Submits cyber test results (ACAS and STIGs) on CSRR I1V3 and I1V4 ATO baselines per program office requirements
    • Submits scans and Summary and Detailed Vulnerability List reports
    • Maintains ACAS Scan procedures for NIWC Atlantic CSRR Baselines
    • Attends DISA ACAS Monthly Working Group
    • Attends PMW770 Security Working Group
    • Conducts STIG assessments (Using Automated Tools and conduct manual assessment) per DISA quarterly release schedule Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
    • Three (3) years of practical experience demonstrating competency in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Test & Evaluation (T&E) or Assessment & Authorization (A&A)/ Certification & Accreditation (C&A) related field
    • Working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and/or prior experience with the Defense Information Assurance & Certification Accreditation Process (DIACAP)
    • Experience working with Information Assurance tools such as DISA Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and may be required to hold an Interim Security Control Assessor qualification
    • Familiarity with security policies & guidance documents to assist with the preparation and maintenance of process artifacts, traceability documents purposed for compliance with Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements
    • Capable of evaluating security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing up to classified information, and supervising and/or maintaining the operational security posture for an information system or program
    • Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II certificationDESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
    • DISA ACAS training
    • Prior military experience (3+ years)
    • U.S Navy submarine IS experience
    • Fa.miliarity with Information Technology Service management (ITSM)


    • Bachelor's degree preferred
