    We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for identifying top-tier talent for our Maryland and DC teams, having a focus on filling sales or sales support roles (Merchandisers, Sales Representatives, Analysts, etc.). The successful individual will build partnerships with key stake holders and partner with local HR Business Partners to consistently execute Talent Acquisition initiatives in order to successfully attract qualified talent. Also, providing expertise and strategies throughout the hiring process, starting from the point of the job posting all the way to candidate selection.

    This position will ideally be based in Middle River, Maryland to meet our hybrid schedule expectations (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).

    Responsibilities:
    1. Execute full cycle recruitment for assigned book of business (MD and DC).
      • Create and implement competitive sourcing strategies to attract top talent
      • Leverage data and metrics to identify gaps in recruitment efforts and any additional areas of opportunity
      • Create and manage external talent pipelines
      • Build meaningful relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to drive process and ensure the right hiring decision is made
      • Evaluates applicants to ensure hiring managers have an inclusive slate of qualified talent for interviews
      • Leverages sourcing tools to identify top talent for the organization
      • Maintains records and requisition load (between 15-25 reqs) in applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
      • Partner with TA Coordinator to work new hires through the background process.
    2. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholders supervisor, may also be required.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
    • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
    • Must be highly motivated, organized and work well with ambiguity in fast-paced environment.
    • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and persuasiveness skills, both with candidates, program participants and key stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in data collection, metrics and analysis.
    • Ability to proactively network and establish effective relationships.
    • Proficient in event planning/management.
    • Proficiency in ATS systems (iCIMS or Workday) and sourcing platforms.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Up to 10% domestic travel during peak recruiting and program related activities.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
