    Job Description KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Program Management Analyst, Junior, to join our team.

    This position is contingent upon contract award. This position will require the candidate be within commuting distance of Patuxent River, MD.

    is a growing Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) providing full life cycle Cybersecurity, Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Training and Education services focused on optimizing customers' program performance and mission through proven methodologies and ethical practices.

    This position will perform management, technical, or business case analyses for a NAVAIR program office.

    Primary Duties:
    Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
    Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
    Perform management, technical, or business case analyses, and collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to

    aircraft/weapon/project

    acquisition and product programs.
    Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

    Skills and Qualifications:
    Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation skills
    Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
    Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    Ability to work independently
    Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
    Detail oriented
    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues
    Ability to adapt to evolving technology

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelors degree in business administration, business management or related discipline

    In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an Associates degree in a related discipline can be substituted along with five (5) years of experience.

    One (1) to three (3) years of related experience
    Experience with DTS and the JTRs is preferred

    Clearance:
    This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
