- Support sustainability management including CO2 inventory and reduction initiatives, energy conservation measures, recycling initiatives, community service events, ESG reporting efforts, etc.
- Collect, analyze, and report ESG and sustainability metrics to relevant stakeholders.
- Support compliance with applicable ESG regulations and standards.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine ESG factors that may affect business activity.
- Uphold corporate sustainability commitments and implement best practices.
- A bachelor's degree in ESG/Sustainability related field is preferred.
- 0-4 years in ESG/Sustainability experience is required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment is preferred.
- ESG credentials or certificates, particularly from reporting entities like GRI, CDP, Sustainalytics.
- Regulatory and Industry knowledge
- Strong foundation of carbon reduction strategies

Salary - $66,449 - $85,197 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
