    About the position:
    We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist to join our growing team of Sustainability Professionals.

    You will:

    • Support sustainability management including CO2 inventory and reduction initiatives, energy conservation measures, recycling initiatives, community service events, ESG reporting efforts, etc.
    • Collect, analyze, and report ESG and sustainability metrics to relevant stakeholders.
    • Support compliance with applicable ESG regulations and standards.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine ESG factors that may affect business activity.
    • Uphold corporate sustainability commitments and implement best practices.

    About the schedule:
    This position is 1st shift, onsite.

    About you:

    • A bachelor's degree in ESG/Sustainability related field is preferred.
    • 0-4 years in ESG/Sustainability experience is required.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment is preferred.

    It would be great if you had:

    • ESG credentials or certificates, particularly from reporting entities like GRI, CDP, Sustainalytics.
    • Regulatory and Industry knowledge
    • Strong foundation of carbon reduction strategies
    • Strong analytical skills

    About the total compensation package:
    Salary - $66,449 - $85,197 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
    Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
