PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for Skilled Solar Laborers for our client in Hatfield. We would love to hire you for this full-time position TODAY

Please note the pay rate for this role is $20 - $25 p/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mounting hardware
• Will be working on metal roof - Heat will be extreme - precautions are taken on site - bring another shirt and sunscreen from sunburns
• Will do simple connections on the roof

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age and able to provide work authorization documents
• Must be local to Hatfield area
• Able to move 75lbs of material in a 2-person pair
• Electricians will handle all electrical connections (no electrical work, no hot wires, no hot panels)
• Will attend daily safety meetings at 7AM
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the solar field preferred
• Experience with "Solar Strings"
• Prior experience using basic hand tools, cordless drill, pliers and impact wrench
