    We're looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. This person has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, a problem-solving mindset, and great attention to detail.

    Other desirable traits include good written and verbal communication, ability to multitask, being a team player, and the ability to quickly adapt to change.

    This role is the A/R front line in ensuring excellent customer service experience to both internal and external customers of Locke Supply.

    What are the responsibilities?

    The following sets forth the primary responsibilities of this position but is not exhaustive.


    • Building relationships with both internal and external customers.
    • Payment processing
    • Respond to phone and email inquiries from our customers.
    • Provide support to the A/R department.
    • Resolves problems according to company policy.
    • Inbound and outbound phone calls (majority would be inbound)
    • Professional phone and email etiquette

    What are the requirements?


    • 1 year of Customer Service/Call center experience
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Customer service driven.
    • Detail oriented with well-developed organizational skills and ability to utilize time efficiently.
    • Ability to respond with flexibility to changing department needs.
    • Must work well with others in a team environment.
    • Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
