    Job Title: Administrative Assistant

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our office, you will provide essential support to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to excel in their roles.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the relevant personnel
    • Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate calendars
    • Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and distributing materials as needed
    • Preparing and sending emails, memos, and letters
    • Contributing to company reports and maintaining organized filing systems
    • Developing, updating, and implementing office procedures
    • Filing, scanning, and assigning action work for client documents
    • Greeting visitors, assisting with check-in processes, and directing them to the appropriate areas
    • Maintaining office supplies, conference room, and IT infrastructure
    • Managing digital creation, social media, email campaigns, events, and travel arrangements
    • Running errands, including bank deposits and postal trips

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or administrative training preferred
    • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
    • Familiarity with standard office equipment, such as printers and scanners
    • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and Canva
    • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize projects
