    3. At least 1 year of clinical experience

    Our business team handles the rest while we mentor and coach you in leadership and

    business. This is a true partnership that provides true equity and ownership in Charlottetowne Animal Hospital. The owners of SynergyVet are only successful if you and Charlottetowne Animal Hospital are successful

    Year 1– Owner Training and Mentorship Year

    Salary - $150,000 ProSal (no negative accrual)

    *Anticipated Production Bonus - $10,000-$20,000

    Benefits Package Value - $24,300

    401K – 4% Match annually

    PTO – 3 weeks , No On-Call or After-Hours Responsibility

    Year 2 – Owner / Partner

    *Anticipated Owner Income - $200,000+

    *ROI / average value of owner's equity in practice by Year 2 - $985,000

    Year 3 – Owner / Partner

    *Anticipated Owner Income - $230,000+

    *ROI / average value of owner's equity in practice by Year 3 - $1,244,000

    Year 4 – Owner / Partner

    *Anticipated Owner Income - $270,000+

    *ROI / average value of owner's equity in practice by Year 4 - $1,622,000

    Year 5 – Owner / Partner

    *Anticipated Owner Income - $300,000+

    *ROI / average value of owner's equity in practice by Year 5 - $1,888,000

    Year 6 – Owner / Partner

    *Anticipated Owner Income - $330,000+

    *ROI / average value of owner's equity in practice by Year 6 - $2,192,000
