    LHH is staffing for an Admin Assistant for a wonderful corporate office for restaurant company in Sandy Springs. The candidate will serve as a receptionist as well as an HR Assistant This is a great opportunity for candidate to work in a wonderful office environment.

    Responsibilities:
    - Booking appointments and managing the calendar efficiently
    - Handling incoming phone calls and inquiries
    - Ordering catered food for meetings and events
    - Ensuring the kitchen is well stocked and organized
    - Managing the front office operations smoothly
    - Acting as a liaison for ADP and garnishment compliance matters
    - Responding promptly to all administrative tasks and requests
    - Performing data entry tasks accurately
    - Collaborating with the payroll department for seamless operations
    - Assisting with front office tasks, including managing books and shipments
    - Reviewing emails to complete mileage logs and maintenance records
    - Facilitating mileage reimbursement processes
    - Creating and distributing monthly newsletters
    - Coordinating activities for the fun committee
    - Utilizing Excel for data management and analysis
    - Creating simple graphics using PowerPoint for presentations and employee events

    Qualifications:
    - Proven experience in administrative roles
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    - Strong organizational and communication skills
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    - Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
    - Experience in event coordination is a plus
