The Senior Fleet Manager will oversee our nationwide fleet operations based in Stuart FL This role supervises two Fleet Managers and one Fleet Coordinator ensuring the safe efficient and cost-effective management of a large diverse fleet The successful candidate will bring proven leadership operational expertise and financial acumen to manage a fleet department with a budget exceeding $15 million while driving innovation continuous improvement and supporting overall company growth through strategic fleet managementSupervise mentor 2 Fleet Managers and 1 Fleet Coordinator
Oversee the safe maintenance operation utilization of vehicles Ensure compliance with regulations Manage IFTA reporting vehicle registrations licensing requirements Coordinate with vendors Implement preventative maintenance programs optimize vehicle utilization Manage procurement replacement disposal of assets Drive continuous improvement initiatives enhance efficiency reduce downtime lower costs Partner evaluate deploy new technologies Lead root cause analysis Manage monitor fleet budget Prepare submit CAPEX requests Negotiate drive cost savings Develop present KPIs metrics regular status reports Identify recommend strategic improvements Champion driver safety programs compliance audits Promote proactive safety culture training recognition monitoring Align fleet operations support company growth scalability
