We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team at Seeking Health. As a motivated and organized team player who values health and helping others, you will oversee all accounting operations of the organization.Key Responsibilities include managing accounting staff responsible for financial reporting billing collections payroll budget preparation conducting performance evaluations providing ongoing coaching feedback professional development support identifying training needs coordinating onboarding ongoing training for staff demonstrating promoting our Core Values in all areas of responsibility establishing implementing maintaining accounting policies procedures internal controls overseeing the preparation accurate timely financial statements forecasts annual budgets ensuring compliance Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP applicable reporting standards managing tax planning activities overseeing preparation filing corporate tax returns coordinating internal external audits ensuring regulatory compliance levels analyzing financial data providing actionable insights recommendations leadership supporting strategic initiatives pricing analysis capital investments contract review performing additional duties assigned business needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership management supervisory skills excellent written verbal communication abilities high level organizational analytical problem-solving skills proficiency in accounting tax preparation software Microsoft Office Suite equivalent tools experience NetSuite Power BI eCommerce platforms preferred Bachelor degree Accounting Business Administration strongly preferred minimum eight years progressive accounting finance experience required CPA Certified Public Accountant CMA Certified Management Accountant preferred but not required.
