    Opportunity Overview:


    As HealthRev Works prepares for an exciting marketing rebrand, we are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team in Norwood, MA. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth goals for 2024 and be a part of our dynamic team.

    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Sales and Lead Generation:
    • Execute effective selling strategies to generate new business.
    • Conduct door-to-door visits and make cold calls to identify and qualify leads.
    • Schedule and attend meetings, demonstrating knowledge of medical billing needs.
    • Draft proposals and contracts as part of opportunity management.
    2. Marketing Support:
    • Collaborate on new marketing tactics and utilize CRM systems for lead tracking.
    • Assist in creating marketing materials and professional-looking documents.
    3. Communication and Presentation:
    • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for clean, professional proposals.
    4. Self-Starter and Team Player:
    • Operate with independence and thrive in a small business environment.
    • React promptly to business needs with resourcefulness and composure.
    • Showcase flexibility in wearing multiple hats as often needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Strong sales and marketing experience
    • Ability and willingness for door-to-door visits and cold calls
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
    • Understanding of the medical practice environment
    • Understanding of the healthcare insurance industry and claims processing
    • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Excellent communication skills with natural ability to build rapport with leads
    • High degree of self-confidence without being arrogant
    • Dedication to a strong work ethic
    • Natural problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
    • High attention to fine details and quality
    • Optimistic, can-do attitude with strong motivation to succeed
    Compensation:
    • Commission-based with no cap on income potential
    • Sales and marketing material expenses covered by HealthRev Works
